A Florida chartered bus driver has been frozen after she was caught on mobile phone video allegedly texting while driving a bus full of junior high school students.
Venus Cotto-Silva's daughter, an eighth-grader, taken the recording footage last Friday from the Hillsborough County chartered bus driver allegedly driving with one hands around the wheel while searching lower at her phone, that was within the other hands.
"When she demonstrated me the recording, I simply could not accept is as true,Inch Cotto-Silva stated.

The 14-year-old girl states she was shooting video to try and gather evidence the driver curses. Rather, the recording seems to exhibit the lady moving into another lane while texting.
