Dallas mother Robyn Rosenberger has switched creating a child's cape right into a movement.
During the last six several weeks Rosenberger, 28, continues to be delivering her Small Superheroes capes to children fighting illness and disability within the U . s . States and beyond.

Rosenberger has mailed capes to children impacted by Oklahoma's recent tornadoes.
