"She's doing all right right now," Dr. Mustafa Unal stated inside a written statement to Agence France-Presse. The infant is going to be born through cesarean section, based on the news agency.
Sert was created with no uterus, but her sex gland were intact, based on a healthcare facility pr release. The problem affects one out of 5,000 women, based on the hospital.
Dr. Jennifer Ashton, a senior medical contributor at Caramba Today, stated doctors could identify her pregnancy early simply because they carefully monitor her pregnancy hormone, human chorionic gonadotropin, or hCG, in in-vitro fertilization patients. When hCG increases to a particular level, it signifies pregnancy, she described.

Although Sert's sex gland provide the body's hormones, she may require additional "hormonal support," Ashton stated, but it is not quite obvious what Sert can get within the coming several weeks.
"Since there's scant medical literature about this, the potential risks for pregnancy is unknown," she stated.
