"Good Company"
I worked at Fidelity National Home Warranty full-time
They offer quarterly bonuses based on how well you work and they will still provide assistance for you after the training period to make sure that you know the best way to help your customers.
They will change your schedule with minimal advance notice and you will not be allowed to choose a schedule that works best for you.

"Great unless you are in Authorizations"
I worked at Fidelity National Home Warranty full-time (More than a year)
Casual work environment, decent pay ($15/hr), strong overtime opportunities, easy to climb in the company.
Mandatory overtime, HR dept will talk about anything you tell them, terrible Autho managers, terrible autho training, and tons of angry home owners.
Advice to Management
Learn how to train, take a class on how to manage people and treat them like humans, and figure out how to communicate with each other.

Its a paying job.
No all but most managers treat and talk to you very disrespectful. Very under paid for the amount of work

Treat your employees good and they'll stay employed longer.

Large and growing, so changing structure can be hard.

Fidelity National Home Warranty Response
"Homegrown Bay Area Company"
Located in Concord - not many fortune 500 companies in the outer East Bay. Awesome culture. Beautiful worksite in downtown Concord high rise. Amazing benefits - medical, dental, stock options, 401k, life insurance, company Christmas party is a dinner cruise on the Bay. Friendly people.
Needs a more organized hiring process and better onboarding for new hires. Would like to see more manager development.

Fidelity National Home Warranty Response
"Customer Care Department"
I worked at Fidelity National Home Warranty as an intern
Fidelity has a positive work environment with open communication that allows employees to express ideas, needs, or concerns. Managers are friendly and keep their doors open to encourage openness and transparency. The employees are recognized and appreciated for their work and contributions to the company. Overall, I had a positive experience working at Fidelity.
While working at Fidelity, one spends most of the time at a desk. There isn't much movement while at work.
Advice to Management
Continue to keep your doors open--this makes it easier to approach you with questions or new ideas.
