I called another number using a different phone pretending to be a new customer. My wait was less than 2 minutes.
If I pay you to help me and you send me looking for help myself. Im still on hold 50 minutes guys. I tried using a different phone explaining that we have the receipts for what turned out to be a simple fix and only seek that which we spent to bring the unit back in working order. Not the amount of money it cost since we left our house and had to stay with a friend, NOT the money I spend dining out because it was unthinkable to cook in 98 degrees: just the amount to repair.
I am completely and utterly done with this company. I have been with them for 5, yes 5 years and this is the treatment we receive the first time we ask them to pay. Complete disrespect and disregard of others time. I am still holding by the way 60 minutes. view less
