Obama signs stolen valor act into law

Should you lie about being granted military honors to make money, now you can be susceptible to justice, according to a different law signed by Leader Obama today.

The Stolen Valor Act of 2013, introduced in The month of january by Repetition. Joe Heck (R-Nev.), "causes it to be a Federal crime for a person to fraudulently hold yourself to be considered a person receiving any one of several specified military adornments or medals using the intent to acquire money, property, or any other tangible benefit," the Whitened House stated today, announcing the signing.

What the law states was the most recent attempt through the government to assist safeguard real military heroes from phonies. The initial iteration from the bill, the Stolen Valor Act of 2005, have been essentially for six years prior to the Top Court ruled it had been unconstitutional.
