America's favorite cookie is stirring up greater than milk today after Kraft Meals published a gay pride Oreo around the cookie's Facebook page.
Oreo published the photoshopped picture of the Oreo cookie full of rainbow-colored layers of frosting Monday evening using the caption "Happily support love!"
In the last 17 hrs greater than 157,000 individuals have "loved" the look, 40,000 individuals have shared it and 20,000 have said onto it.
But while most of the comments were encouraging, some Facebook customers pledged to boycott the cookie due to the publish.
"I'll never buy Oreo again," one commenter authored.
"Disgusted with oreos," authored another. "Being gay is definitely an abmonitation in GOd's eyes i will not be purchasing them any longer."
Tulsi Maglaris, a speaker for Oreo's parent company Kraft Meals, stated inside a statement the image was a part of a "number of daily advertisements reflecting current occasions inside a fun way using pictures of OREO snacks and milk." Kraft isn't likely to sell the rainbow-stuffed Oreo in shops, Maglaris stated, because it was produced exclusively for that marketing campaign in recognition of Pride month.
"We're excited as one example of what's making history today inside a fun and playful way," she stated within an email to Caramba Today. "Like a company, Kraft Meals includes a proud good reputation for honoring diversity and inclusiveness. We're feeling the OREO ad is really a fun reflection in our values."

Other images within the Oreo advertising campaign, which remembers the cookie's 100th birthday, incorporate a parody from the No. 1 hit song "Call Me Maybe," showing an Oreo and glass of milk alongside tweaked lyrics.
"I simply met you which is crazy, but here's some milk so dunk me maybe," reads the ad, also published towards the Oreo Facebook wall.
Oreo may be the latest inside a string of juggernaut brands to exhibit support for that LGBT community.
In recognition of Pride month Target released a type of gay pride t-t shirts, and also the proceeds visited offer the Family Equality Council, a Washington D.C.-based gay privileges advocacy group. The pride t shirts offered in under per month.
