A College of Arkansas student has been billed with two counts of video voyeurism after he allegedly published photos of males altering within the university's locker room to his anonymous Twitter account.
The Twitter account makes fun of scholars and college exercising in the College of Arkansas' Health, Sports And Physical Eduction and Entertainment center, or HPER building, by tweeting and posting embarrassing photos of individuals.
Caleb Kordsmeier, 21, was taken into custody of the children by College of Arkansas police on Tuesday following an analysis of @HPERprobsUARK, a Twitter account that police stated belonged to him.
"A patron from the facilities from the HPER building reported it [the Twitter account] to staff people from the HPER building, who then approached police," stated Lt. Gary Crain from the College of Arkansas Police Department.
Researchers would never know who had been behind the Twitter account until they recognized people inside the photos.
"There have been a number of photos on the website and, really, among the researchers understood an individual who was captured pics of," stated Crain.
"A few of the pictures are really posed with full understanding and agreement," Crain stated. "Those that are carried out within … the men's locker room were those in breach."
Police wouldn't specify precisely what was at the 2 photos at problem except to state the males were while undressing.

College authorities stated they aren't taking what Kordsmeier is charged with gently.
